Terms and Conditions – Remote Computer Repairs (EyzIT)

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using EyzIT’s remote computer repair services.

1.Agreement to Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “you’re”) and EyzIT (“EyzIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of EyzIT’s remote computer repair services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use our Services.

1.2 EyzIT reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2.Scope of Services

2.2 Our Services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

a) Virus and Malware Removal: We will thoroughly scan your computer to detect and remove viruses, malware, or other malicious software that may be affecting its performance or security.

b) Software Installation and Updates: We can assist you with installing, updating, or configuring software applications to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.

c) System Optimization: Our technicians will analyze your computer’s performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize its speed, responsiveness, and overall efficiency.

d) Troubleshooting and Error Resolution: We will diagnose and troubleshoot software errors, system crashes, application freezes, and other issues impacting your computer’s functionality.

2.3 Please note that our remote computer repair services do not cover hardware repairs or physical damage to your computer. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from hardware-related problems.

3.Service Limitations

3.1 Our ability to provide remote computer repair services is subject to certain limitations, including but not limited to the following:

a) Stable Internet Connection: You must have a stable and reliable internet connection to avail of our Services. Any disruptions or instabilities in your internet connection may affect the quality and effectiveness of the remote repair session.

b) Software Compatibility: Our Services are limited to software-related issues and are subject to the compatibility of your computer or device with our remote access tools. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility, but we cannot guarantee full compatibility with all systems.

c) User Cooperation: You must cooperate with our technicians and provide accurate information. Timely responses to our questions and following instructions are crucial for an efficient repair process.

d) Administrative Access: In some instances, administrative access to your computer or device may be required to perform repairs, updates, or optimizations. By availing our Services, you permit us to access your computer or device as needed.

e) Data Backup: Your sole responsibility is to ensure that all critical data is backed up before availing our Services. While we take precautions to avoid data loss, EyzIT is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

4.Service Fees and Payment

4.1 EyzIT’s remote computer repair services are subject to applicable service fees before our Services. The fees for our Services will be communicated to you before the commencement of the repair process. Please note that additional charges may apply if the scope of work exceeds the initial diagnosis or any unforeseen complications arise during the repair process.

4.2 Payment for the Services must be made in the agreed currency and through the specified payment methods. EyzIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services in case of non-payment or fraudulent activity.

5.Confidentiality and Data Protection

5.1 EyzIT respects your privacy and takes data protection seriously. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and ensure its confidentiality.

5.2 You understand and agree that during the remote repair process, our technicians may access your computer or device and the stored data. EyzIT will only access and use your data to the extent necessary to perform the requested repairs or services.

5.3 EyzIT will not disclose or share your personal information or data with any third parties unless required by law or as necessary to provide the Services you have requested.

6.Limitation of Liability

6.1 While EyzIT will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve software-related issues, we cannot guarantee the complete resolution of all matters or the prevention of future problems.

6.2 EyzIT and its technicians shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to direct or indirect damages, data loss, system downtime, or any other consequential damages. The extent of our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific Services rendered.

6.3 You acknowledge that EyzIT is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your computer or device during the repair process, including but not limited to hardware failures, data corruption, or software conflicts. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer or device is in good working condition and that you have appropriate backups.

6.4 EyzIT shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the provision of Services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.

7.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

7.2 The exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of England and Wales. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you are not authorized to initiate legal proceedings there. Similarly, if you reside in Scotland or any other country globally, you are prohibited from bringing legal action in those jurisdictions.

7.3 We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Using our remote computer repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Remote Computer Repair Warranty – EyzIT

 

Thank you for choosing EyzIT for your remote computer repair services. We are committed to providing high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Warranty (“Warranty”) outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage provided by EyzIT for one month after the remote computer repair services are completed.

1.Warranty Coverage

1.1 EyzIT warrants that our technicians’ remote computer repair services will be free from artistry defects and conform to industry standards.

1.2 This Warranty covers the software-related issues addressed during the remote repair session. It guarantees that the repaired software functions as intended, subject to the limitations outlined in Section 2.

2.Warranty Limitations

2.1 The Warranty provided by EyzIT is subject to the following limitations:

a) Hardware Issues: This Warranty does not cover any hardware-related issues or damages to your computer or device. EyzIT is not responsible for hardware failures, physical damage, or associated costs.

b) Third-Party Software: If the remote computer repair involves the installation or configuration of third-party software, the Warranty does not cover any issues or damages arising from the use or functionality of those third-party software applications.

c) Subsequent Software Issues: The Warranty does not cover new software-related issues that may arise after the completion of the remote repair services. EyzIT is not liable for any additional problems or conflicts that may occur due to changes made to the computer’s software or other factors beyond our control.

d) User Actions: The Warranty is void if the user or any third party makes any software modifications, installations, or configurations after the completion of the remote repair services which directly or indirectly cause the recurrence or exacerbation of the original issue.

e) Data Loss: EyzIT is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. You are responsible for ensuring that all critical data is backed up before availing our services.

f) Limited Duration: The Warranty coverage provided by EyzIT is limited to one month from the completion of the remote computer repair services.

2.2 In the event of any claim under this Warranty, EyzIT reserves the right to verify the existence and nature of the issue. We may request remote access to your computer or device for diagnostic purposes.

3.Warranty Remedies

3.1 If a covered issue arises within the one-month warranty period and is reported to EyzIT promptly, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. Our technicians will work remotely to diagnose and address the problem to the best of their abilities.

3.2 If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, EyzIT may, at its discretion, offer alternative remedies such as providing guidance, recommending further steps, or suggesting additional resources for resolution.

4.Exclusions and Disclaimer

4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EyzIT disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4.2 EyzIT shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use our remote computer repair services, including but not limited to direct or indirect damages, data loss, system downtime, or any other consequential damages.

5.General
